If your medical certificate has expired or is about to expire, you will receive an email from riskonnect@rccl.com with instructions and a link to log into a portal that will allow you to complete the Medical Form A electronically.

Your Medical Form A will become accessible by your selected medical provider. Once you have submitted the form, you can provide your selected medical provider with your crew ID and date of birth so they may access and review the form before you visit them. They will also be able to access the form during your appointment.
