Here are two different steps on how to reset your password:

MyRCLHome page, please click the “Did you forget your password?”
2. Please enter your registered e-mail address
3. Click send verification link
• Second option:1. Go to the link to request a ticket or you may

2. Fill out all the required information.
3. Provide a screenshot of the error and your email address to receive updates on the said technical concern.
