The most common reason why crew members don't receive their eMigration letters is because they have incorrect email addresses and/or contact numbers in thier eGovernance account profile in the DGS’ official portal. Emails are sent from Sys-eGovernance@dgshipping.org, make sure you check your spam/junk folders.
