ACCEPT your assignment if you are on track to join as planned – There are no challenges getting travel-ready.

Don't hesitate to CONTACT YOUR SCHEDULER if you intend to embark as planned but are unsure if you will be travel-ready on time. Your scheduler will help determine if your assignment needs to be adjusted.

DECLINE your assignment and CONTACT YOUR SCHEDULER if you know you won’t be able to join as planned. To be considered for future assignments, you will need to provide a valid reason and supporting documentation for review. Declining your assignment may impact your eligibility for future opportunities; there is no guarantee that a new assignment will be offered right away.
