The most common reasons why crew members don't receive their eMigration letters are:
• Incorrect email addresses and/or contact numbers in their eGovernance account profile in the DGS’ official portal. Please ensure you have the correct information
• Missing travel documents
• Renewed passport that has not been uploaded to eGovernance.
• The eGovernance site is down.
• The email went to the junk folder.Emails are sent from Sys-eGovernance@dgshipping.org, make sure you check your spam/junk folder.
