To change your gateway city, you must complete and submit a Gateway City Change Request (GCCR) form along with valid supporting documentation. You will need to provide proof of a recent permanent change of residence, such as a driving license, lease agreement, or utility bill. Bank statements are not accepted.

If your request includes a change of country of residence, you must also submit government-issued proof of legal residency (e.g., a residence permit or visa). Tourist visas are not acceptable.

All documents must be issued within the past year, translated into English, and issued in your name. If you live with family, documents under a family member’s name may be accepted as an exception
