Yes, you can submit expenses while onboard. However, please keep the following in mind:

• Previous assignments will remain in CAMex for only six months after your sign-off date. Submission of expenses for assignment sign-offs older than six months may require you to wait until your next assignment to submit.

• If the expenses are for upcoming or future assignments, you need to wait until you are on board to submit.
