After RCM India eMigrates you, an auto-generated email will be dispatched from the Director General's shipping office's email id, 'sys-egovernance@dgshipping.org,' to the email address you have registered in your profile page in eGovernance. If your email address has changed, please make sure to update it in eGovernance.

Please print the email and present it to the immigration officer at Indian airports as needed. RCM India will e-migrate you 5–6 days before your joining date.

If you have not received the email from the DGSO and you are traveling within 5 days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to find the letter, we will assign your case to RCM India for assistance.
