a. On the MyRCLHome page, click on “Did you forget your password?”
b. Please enter your registered e-mail address
c. Click send verification link

2. Option 2:
a. Go to the link to request a ticket: https://royalcaribbeancruiselines.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/
b. Fill out all the required information.
c. Provide a screenshot of the error and your email address to receive updates on the said technical concern.
