Your POEA Package will only be available once all your required documents (RCG Medical Certificate, Passport, Seaman’s Book, STCW Certificates, and updated version of WIS) are uploaded and validated in the Assignment Confirmation Tool (ACT). When available, find your POEA contract  in MyRCL, under Crew Travel>My Travel Details >POEA. You will receive a notification via email when your POEA contract is ready for download.
