ALL CREW MEMBERS: I am logged into my First Advantage dashboard, and it says complete. Does this mean I have passed the background check?
Not necessarily. The complete status in First Advantage means First Advantage has finished processing your background check. Please download a copy of the actual report from your dashboard and check the “Report Status”. If the “Report Status” says “REVIEW,” it is now under review by Royal Caribbean. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to be completed and continue to monitor CTRAC for status updates.
