Follow these steps to apply for issuance/revalidation of COP in MISMO:

• Log-in using your MISMO account
• Select the transaction and choose the certification
• Select the type of transaction and application
• Click acknowledgement/confirmation:
• Click proceed (upload the required documents)
• Click submit.
