ALL CREW MEMBERS: I’m having issues, can I just check-in when I arrive to the ship?
It’s unfortunate that you are having issues completing your check-in process. The are a few things to consider that can help.

1. WIFI connection issue. We recommend using a free hotspot for better connectivity.
2. Remember that the check-in process begins five (5) days before boarding, so don’t be surprised if you cannot see the form when you log onto MyRCL. Check again five (5) days before embarkation.
