Couple registration can only be done onboard. Just reach out to HR Center onboard and fill up a couple registration form. They will also ask you to provide supporting documents, it can be a marriage certificate, other government-issued document that clearly identifies the two parties as a married couple, domestic partners, life partners, or lawfully recognized civil union.
