FILIPINO CREW MEMBERS: Once ready, should I pick up my POEA documents, or will they be mailed to me?
When your documents are ready, you will receive an auto-notification from EASE. Dispatch protocol is as follows:
• Beyond 14 days from your joining date – You will receive your documents via courier, either 2GO or LBC.
• Within 14 days from your joining date – You will receive an email with instructions to pick up your documents at the RCM office.
IMPORTANT! These protocols are applicable to all crew members, regardless of the chosen gateway.
If you need to pick up your documents at the office, please book your round-trip domestic flight ticket and take your issued flight from your gateway to join your assignment.
