A Letter of Guarantee (LOG) is required for certain joiners (e.g., Singapore sign-ons) and is coordinated prior to travel. You can access your LOG by logging into MyRCL, selecting CrewTravel from the Quick Links, and then My Travel Details from the top menu.

A Sign Off Letter (SOL) is issued for disembarking crew and is verified by the onboard HR team before departure.
