1. A police clearance certificate is required for all new hires and must be obtained from the applicant’s place of residence for the past 12 months.
2. The certificate must be issued within 12 months prior to the sign-on date. However, for Youth Staff, Security, and Bridge Officers, the certificate must be issued within 6 months prior to the sign-on date.
3. The document must be in English or accompanied by an official English translation. All translations must be signed and duly stamped by an authorized translator or lawyer.
