There are several reasons why a medical certificate gets rejected, many of which require simple and quick fixes. So, don’t worry; we can help guide you in the right direction. The top common reasons why your medical certificate may have been rejected include:

• We received multiple pages or incorrect pages. The only page you must upload is the Medical Certificate for Services at Sea.
• Corrupt file
• File format, make sure you uploaded it as a pdf, jpeg, pgn, or jpeg.
• Your medical certificate has restrictions or limitations. If so, please reach out to PEME@rccl.com for further review and approval.
• Tick boxes should be ticked “YES.” This is something you can coordinate directly with your medical facility.
• Invalid form due to wrong brand logo. Reach out to your medical facility to update your medical certificate with the correct brand logo.
