Please follow the below steps if you received the Medical Form A

Step 1: Fill out the form. You will receive an email from riskonnect@rccl.com with a link and log-in instructions to complete the medical form.
• New team members will receive this email once you have an assignment.
• Returning crew will receive the email 180 days before your current medical certificate expires.

TIP! Before starting the form, be ready to provide your date of birth, Crew ID, passport number, registered email address in C-TRAC, and Seaman’s book (if applicable). Also, you cannot save your entry and return to the form later. All entries will be lost so make sure you make enough time to fill out the form completely.

Step 2: Make an appointment with one of our approved medical providers to get your physical examination performed.
Step 3: Once you have received your Medical Certificate for Service at Sea, please upload it to your C-TRAC account.
