• If you cannot apply for a Seaman's Book in your country and are joining a Royal Caribbean International vessel, I will send your inquiry to the onboarding team for assistance. Please log in to MyRCL to access the progress of your case.
• If you are joining a Maltese Flag vessel (Celebrity Cruises and TUI), you may apply directly to applica.stcw@transport.gov.mt
