FOR FILIPINO CREW ONLY: I was given a US visa appointment but then it was cancelled. What's happened?
Cancellation of US Visa appointments usually occurs due to one of the following:

• No documents were submitted 10 business days prior to the visa appointment.
• Incomplete documents 10 business days prior to the visa appointment
• Crew memeber is not responding to our emails/calls, or didn't confirm attendace for the visa briefing or visa appearance.
• The online application form was not completed five days prior to the visa appointment.
• Cancelled assignment.

Submit your US visa requirements as soon as you complete the online application form in VAT. RCM will check your requirements (passport and 2X2 photos) and notify you if additional documents need to be submitted.
