FILIPINO CREW MEMBERS: I was given a US visa appointment, but it was cancelled. What's happened? 
    
        
            Cancellation of US Visa appointments usually occurs due to one of the following: 
• No documents were submitted 10 business days prior to the visa appointment. 
• Incomplete documents 10 business days prior to the visa appointment 
• Crew members did not respond to our emails/calls or confirm their attendance for the visa briefing or visa appearance. 
• The online application form was not completed five days prior to the visa appointment. 
• Cancelled assignment.
