Cancellation of Schengen/UK/Canadian visa appointments usually occurs due to one of the following:

• Incomplete documents 7 business days prior to the visa appointment.
• Lack of response to our emails/calls, or didn't confirm attendance for the visa briefing or visa appearance.
• The online application form was not completed five days prior to the visa appointment.
• Cancelled assignment.
• Joining port was changed.
• The POEA contract is not processed due to discrepancies or incorrect information in your contract, and WIS version 2 needs editing.
• Your record in POEA is watch listed.
• There's a risk your visa will not be released on time; thus, an assignment adjustment will be requested.
