It is very important that you accept or decline your assignment as soon as you receive it. Please follow these guidelines when doing so:

• ACCEPT your assignment if you are on track to join as planned – There are no challenges getting travel-ready.

Contact us if you intend to embark as planned but are unsure if you will be travel-ready on time. Your Scheduler will help determine if your assignment needs to be adjusted.

• DECLINE your assignment and contact us if you know you won't be able to join as planned. To be considered for future assignments, you must provide a valid reason and supporting documentation for review. 

Declining your assignment may impact your eligibility for future opportunities; there is no guarantee that a new assignment will be offered right away.
