ALL CREW MEMBERS: Do I need to upload the same documents to C-TRAC and ACT?
No, uploading a document in ACT will also be reflected in C-TRAC. Also, uploading a document in C-TRAC will be reflected in ACT. Please note that validating and reviewing documents may take up to (7) seven business days.
