• Incomplete documents 7 business days prior to the visa appointment.
• Crew memeber is not responding to our emails/calls, or didn't confirm attendace for the visa briefing or visa appearance.
• The online application form was not completed five days prior to the visa appointment.
• Cancelled assignment.
• Joining port was changed.
• The POEA contract is not processed due to discrepancies or incorrect information in your contract, and WIS version 2 needs editing.
• Your record in POEA is watch listed.
• There's a risk your visa will not be released on time; thus, an assignment adjustment will be requested.

Submit your visa requirements as soon as you complete the online application form in VAT. Visa requirements should be submitted to RCM at least 2 months to allow the RCM team to review them and notify you if additional documents need to be submitted.
