You may upload your documents to the C-TRAC tool. Be sure that your documents are accurate so that when we are ready to add more ships and bring you back on board, they are readily available.

This includes your passport, STCW certificate, seaman's book, vaccine record, and previously obtained visas.

To upload your documents, log in to https://myrclhome.com/main_login, click on C-TRAC, browse, select the document you want to upload, complete the information, and click ADD.

The document status will turn orange for approval from the group coordinator. Please allow us 5-7 business days to review and approve your document.
