As a general rule, passports must be valid for at least one (1) month after the end of your contract. However, some countries have stricter rules.

a. If your contract will end while you are in Europe or China, your passport must be valid for at least three (3) months after your sign-off date.

b. If you are joining a ship that will sail through any port in Indonesia, your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months or more for every call in Indonesia.

If necessary, ACT will prompt you to upload or renew your passport. You can also upload the latest copy of your passport at any time by logging in to MyRCLHome> C-TRAC> Documents.
