Whether your documents will be sent to you via courier or need to be picked up in person at the RCM office depends on how soon they are ready.

If your documents can be completed 8 days or more prior to your joining date (excluding holidays), they will be sent via courier.

If your documents are available 7 or less days from your joining date, you are required to pick them up at RCM Manila's office. Please bring a copy of the email to present upon arrival.
